Insured DHL Express delivery, worldwide, signature on receipt.

Every watch ships from Orléans, France, by DHL Express, insured for its full value, in discreet packaging, and is handed over against signature. I prepare the shipment once your payment is confirmed.

Shipping costs

  • France and Monaco: free — 1 to 2 business days
  • Europe (European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra): €80 — 2 to 4 business days
  • Rest of the world: €150 — 3 to 6 business days

Prices include insurance for the full value of the watch. Delivery times are given for information and start from dispatch. Prices are in euros; if you pay in another currency, your bank or card issuer handles the conversion.

Import duties and taxes

Within the European Union: nothing more to pay. My watches are sold under the French margin scheme for second-hand goods: the VAT due is already included in the price.

Outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Gulf states, Asia…): the sale is exempt from French VAT as an export, and the price is the same as in France. Customs duties, import VAT or local taxes and the carrier’s clearance fees are payable by you, directly to DHL, on delivery. They are not included in the price of the watch or in the shipping cost. Rates depend on your country, on the value of the watch and on its country of origin (a Swiss-made watch is of Swiss origin, even when shipped from France). Please check them with your local customs authority before ordering.

The watch is always declared at its real value and with its true origin. I cannot under-declare a shipment or mark it as a gift. If a parcel is refused or duties are not paid, the return shipping costs and any duties charged to me are deducted from the refund.

Exotic leather straps

Straps made from protected species (alligator, crocodile, lizard, ostrich) need a CITES permit to leave the European Union and can be seized at customs. For deliveries outside the European Union, they are removed before shipping; contact me to choose a replacement strap.

On delivery

Please check the parcel in front of the courier. If it is damaged or appears to have been opened, note it on the delivery slip and let me know the same day, with photos if possible.
