What I think of it
Cartier Tank Solo - Reference 3170 from 2010.
Originally designed in 1917 by Louis Cartier, the Tank line takes its inspiration from the shape of military tanks seen from above.
The Tank Solo collection, introduced in the early 2000s, pays tribute to this iconic design while offering slightly more modern, cleaner lines, notably with flatter brancards (the sides of the case) than the “Louis Cartier” version. Reference 3170 is a quartz version, known for its reliability and slimness in everyday wear.
