A French diver in original, untouched condition
Dating from the 60s, this fantastic Yema dive watch, Ref. 8755 “660 feet”, is an automatic French vintage diver with its charm intact: rotating bezel, date at 3 o’clock and a black dial with untouched, original patina.
Founded in Besançon in 1948, Yema established itself in the 1960s as one of the great French houses of the dive watch.
Before the famous Superman, the brand offered this Skin Diver, a diver with the look of a “vintage Submariner”, designed for the early enthusiasts of scuba diving. Its black dial with large luminous triangles at 12, 6 and 9 o’clock, its baton hour markers and its arrow hands have taken on a very beautiful cream patina over time, even across the whole dial and hands.
